What We Handle
Two Materials, One Export Standard
ScraPack runs two parallel export programs — OCC corrugated cardboard and baled scrap tires — held to the same grading, baling, and documentation discipline.

Corrugated Cardboard
Double-sorted and mixed grades sourced from verified US recyclers, baled and strapped to export density.
Explore OCC Grades

Scrap Tires
PCR, mixed, and truck tire bales compressed to high density for pyrolysis, TDF, and rubber recycling.

Port to Port
From our US yards to ports worldwide — full documentation included on every shipment.
Export-Ready Baling
Every load — cardboard or tires — is compressed, strapped, and weighed to export density.
Two Product Lines, One Standard
The same inspection, documentation, and loading discipline applies across both materials.
What We Export
Our OCC Products
Export-grade corrugated cardboard, sourced and baled across the United States.
Double-Sorted OCC
The cleanest grade of corrugated containers, free from all contaminants. Double-sorted, low moisture, baled and strapped for export. Preferred by premium Indian paper mills.
Mixed OCC
Baled corrugated containers with standard sorting. Cost-effective for high-volume operations. Consistent supply with full export documentation.
Rubber Division
Scrap Tires, Baled for Export
End-of-life tires recovered across the United States, compressed into high-density bales and shipped worldwide.

Baled passenger and light-truck tires — steel-wire tied, rims removed
From U.S. collection yards to processors worldwide
Scrap tires are end-of-life tires collected from passenger cars, trucks, buses, agricultural equipment and off-road vehicles. Rather than occupying landfill space, they are hydraulically compressed into high-density bales and exported for recycling, energy recovery, civil engineering and rubber manufacturing.
The United States is one of the world's largest generators of scrap tires, which makes it a dependable source for buyers who need consistent monthly volume. ScraPack Solutions supplies baled and whole scrap tires traded under industry-recognised ReMA (formerly ISRI) specifications — loaded 24–27 MT to a 40' high-cube container and shipped FOB from major U.S. ports.

Products We Supply
Four standing grades, plus custom mixes on request.
Passenger Car Tire (PCR) Bales
Whole passenger tires — clean, dry and hydraulically compressed to high density. Export-ready and consistently graded.
Mixed Tire Bales
Passenger, light truck and SUV tires baled together. The workhorse grade for pyrolysis, tire-derived fuel and rubber recycling.
Truck Tire Bales
Large commercial tires compressed into export bales for retreading, shredding, TDF and crumb rubber production.
Whole Scrap Tires
Available unbaled on request where your process or local regulations call for loose, whole casings.

Tire-Derived Fuel (TDF)
An established alternative fuel with high energy content, used by cement plants, power plants and industrial boilers where permitted.
Pyrolysis
Thermal conversion into pyrolysis oil, recovered carbon black, steel wire and syngas.
Crumb Rubber
Ground into fine rubber for flooring, sports surfaces, running tracks, artificial turf and moulded rubber products.
Rubberised Asphalt
Used in highways, roads and airport runways for lower road noise, improved durability and better crack resistance.
Civil Engineering
Drainage layers, lightweight embankments, landfill construction and retaining-wall backfill under recognised specifications.
Circular Economy

Industry Standards & Compliance
Scrap tire trading commonly follows ReMA (formerly ISRI) specifications, which provide standardised terminology and quality expectations for tire scrap. Buyers and sellers may agree additional quality requirements in their contracts. Scrap tire handling, storage and transportation are regulated primarily at the U.S. state level, so we comply with the applicable state regulations wherever material is sourced and loaded.
Tell us your grade, monthly volume and discharge port — we'll come back with a firm FOB or CIF offer.
